The Innovator's Method...In a Nutshell
The Innovator's Method is a concept that aims at turning innovation into a systematic process within the firm. Based on an understanding that the organisational logic for innovation is different to the organisational logic for execution, it seeks to explain:
1) Why the firm should be organised differently for innovation.
2) How the firm should be organised for innovation.
